Spirit Riding Free is a computer animated TV serie, running on Netflix. The serie is based on the Oscar-nominated film Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. Spirit Riding Free was first released on Netflix in May 2017.

The serie is about the 12 year old girl Lucky from Texas, who meets a wild horse, who she gradually befriends. Lucky and Spirit also meets two other girls, Pru and Abigail, who also have their own horses, and together they embark on everyday adventures across the land. Besides Netflix, Spirit has been published, launched on toys (e.g. Playmobile) and as a digital gaming. Spirit is the #1 ranked and fastest growing horse game in the world.
